Duties of the Head of the Center for Digital Education Technologies.
General management of all activities and staff of the Center;
• Provides timely information on threats to information security in higher education, as well as information security consulting services;
• Organizes and monitors the activities of the management of the national network "E-learning";
• Supervise the proper operation of existing computer technology programs in the higher educational institutions ;
• Organization of technical inspection and repair of computers;
• Monitoring the work of computer operators
• Increasing the computer stock of the university at the expense of modern computers and improving existing computers;
• Supervise the operation of Internet networks, (E-mail) e-mail services at the university, control the timely receipt and distribution of messages and news;
• Supervise the operation, repair and inspection of copying equipment of the university;
• Supervise all the work of the university on e-learning and liaise with local and foreign universities on the organization of e-learning;
• Enter and analyze the total data of the portal in the local network of the university.
• Analyzes the methods and tools used in the analysis, identification of offenders, the commission of unauthorized or infringing acts in the information space;
• The Ministry undertakes not to disclose information containing confidential information to third parties without the consent of the Employer and to keep the information complete.
• Develops international cooperation in the field of information security in order to organize practical work on the prevention of information security incidents in the national segment of the Internet.
• Develops annual and semi-annual work plans of the Center;
• Approves the work plans of the staff of the Center;
• Approves the work plans of the staff of the Center;
• Conducts quarterly internal meetings of the center and warns of unsatisfactory staff discipline.
